Background

NEXA serves a new generation of founders. When they came to us they had no visual assets at all: no logo, no brand colour, no website. The name joins Nexus and Next, and the brand needed to say "we walk you to your next step", not just "we file your taxes".

NEXA Accounting — brand identity

The challenge

Bookkeeping is a commodity. Most firms' websites list services and a phone number, clients cannot tell them apart, and the decision comes down to price.

So we started from the revenue model. An accounting firm lives on long-term engagements: monthly books, bimonthly VAT, the annual return. And those engagements are usually decided at one moment — setting up the company. Whoever registers the company tends to keep the books.

The site's job, then, was not to showcase. It was to meet founders at their earliest decision and turn a one-off registration into a long-term client. It also had to be editable by a firm with no IT staff, without locking them into a monthly platform fee.

What we did

Identity: an N that grows a node

The mark extends the letter N; its last stroke rises into a dot — two sides linked, pointing to what's next, exactly what the name promises. Tax and accounting brands lean on blue, green and grey, so we chose a saturated orange as the only brand colour, recognisable at a glance in search results and shared links. Every call to action uses that colour and nothing else does, so the eye lands where the click should.

An opening that builds memory

On the home page the logo draws itself stroke by stroke, the letters rise, and the counter completes before two panels lift away. Waiting becomes brand exposure. The registration page deliberately skips it: someone ready to act should not wait a second.

Photography underneath, room to read on top

Full-bleed photographs of people change with each section, signalling a warm professional partner rather than regulation. Content sits in a narrow column for a comfortable reading measure; vertical section titles and a right-hand navigation keep visitors oriented, with the phone one tap away.

NEXA Accounting website — about

"Register a company" instead of "Contact us"

"Contact us" asks visitors to work out their question first. "Register a company" is a concrete, low-effort next step aimed squarely at the most valuable entry service. It appears in the header, a fixed bar on mobile, the services cards and the contact block — always one click away.

Six steps to register, each with a short lesson

The form follows the real formation process: entity type, company name, business activities, capital and shareholders, registered address, contact details. Each step carries a plain-language explainer; unsure visitors can pick "ask an advisor"; a mismatch between capital and shareholder contributions is flagged immediately; and everything is reviewed on one page before sending. The form deliberately does not ask for national ID numbers, keeping the barrier low.

Commercially, a vague phone call — "I want to start a company but don't know what I need" — becomes a complete application in the firm's inbox. The advisor can quote on the first call, and the path from enquiry to engagement gets shorter.

A CMS the firm runs itself

Content is managed in Sveltia CMS, free and Git-based. Copy, photos, services, FAQs and each page's SEO title, description and share image are all editable, and changes go live on save. The site outputs structured data, a sitemap and robots.txt as a foundation for local search. The static architecture needs no database; the source is handed over in full, with no monthly fee and no platform lock-in.

Results

  • A complete identity built from zero: logo, brand colour and opening animation
  • A conversion path built around "Register a company", one click away on desktop and mobile
  • A six-step online registration that notifies the firm by email
  • A CMS with no monthly fee, where copy, images and per-page SEO are self-managed
