Privacy and Cookie Policy

BLANK DESIGN (“we”) respects your personal data. This policy explains what we collect at blank-design.com.tw, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, company, email, mobile number, LINE ID and project details when you send an enquiry.
  • Website usage: with your consent, Google Analytics statistics such as pages viewed and traffic sources.

2. Why we collect it

  • To reply to enquiries, provide quotes and services, and manage our business.
  • To understand how the site is used, improve it and keep it secure.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data for third-party marketing.

3. Duration, location and recipients

  • Duration: until these purposes are complete, then as required by law or business need. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
  • Location and recipients: besides our team, these providers handle data as needed, and their servers may be in the United States or elsewhere: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery) and Google Analytics (traffic analysis).

4. Your rights

  • Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, copies, correction, an end to processing, or deletion. Email support@blank-design.com.tw with your name and the email address you used.
  • Providing data is your choice, but without the required fields we cannot reply. This does not affect browsing the rest of the site.

5. Cookies and consent

  • We do not enable analytics cookies before you consent. The banner at the bottom left lets you accept all or keep essential only.
  • With essential only, we keep just the local storage the site needs, such as your choice. Traffic and load speed are measured with Vercel tools that use no cookies.
  • Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s browsing data and visit again, and the banner will return.

6. Security

  • The whole site uses HTTPS, and only people who need it can access your data. No internet transfer is completely secure, so we keep reviewing our safeguards.

7. Minors

  • This site offers professional services to businesses and is not aimed at minors. If you are under 18, please provide data only with a guardian’s consent.

8. Changes

  • We may revise this policy when laws or our services change, and will update the date on this page.
